For many people yes, because the tension builds gradually through the movement instead of loading your joints all at once, there is nothing heavy to drop, and you can exercise from a chair. This five-band set runs from X-light to X-heavy, so you progress by simply switching colors, and the 6-foot length works for arms, legs, back, and core.
