Lindsay DeLong, OTR/L
I'm an Occupational Therapist and founder of EquipMeOT, an online resource that provides videos to support adaptation and modification of life regardless of ability. I also founded EOT Wellness, a product company that develops affordable and accessible products to support individuals in tasks of daily living.

Dr. Lyndi Plattner OTD, MOT, OTR/L
I have years of experience helping adults define health on their own terms. Our healthcare system can be difficult to navigate - I have both personal and professional experience with this. These experiences have sculpted my practice into one that holds healthcare to a higher standard, empowers clients to confidently embrace the aging process, and always prioritizes quality of life. You can find my services listed at AskSAMIE.

Maria Lindberg MOT, OTR/L, ECHM
I'm an occupational therapist who helps people make beautiful and safe bathrooms by providing candid toileting tips and bathroom solutions at ToiletTalk.Me.

Dr. Ryan Salmon OTD, OTR/L, ECHM
Leveraging nearly two decades of expertise as a carpenter alongside a decade of dedicated practice in occupational therapy, I specialize in supporting individuals and their caregivers by enhancing safety, accessibility, and functionality within the home environment. I use my dual background to ensure their living spaces are both practical and empowering. You can find my services listed at AskSAMIE.

Aaron Anderson OTR/L, CAPS, ECHM
I have worked as an OT in community-based outpatient therapy, inpatient rehab, and home health. Seeing the gaps in care for older adults transitioning from rehab to home and the lack of strategies that could have prevented a hospitalization or injury in the first place motivated me to start my own mobile therapy, home modifications, and health coaching practice. You can find my services listed at AskSAMIE.

Monika Lukasiewicz, OTR/L
After working in traditional frontline healthcare as an occupational therapist while also advocating for improved home-based care thru a former podcast, Monika aka "Mo" is proud to be part of an innovative non-profit team in Mesa, AZ which has now been awarded back-to-back grants from the Administration for Community Living to address improved care for those living with dementia. She understands that many situations related to living safe and meaningfully at home with dementia do not fit a general solution. This is why she loves using evidence-based processes for working collaboratively with families to identify tailored solutions that spark JOY and prolong living well at home to these often highly complex scenarios.

Sydney Marshman, OTD, OTR/L
Dr. Sydney Marshman is an occupational therapist and the founder of Happy at Home Consulting. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health with a focus on community and public health from Iowa State University. Sydney went on to graduate from Drake University with a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy and achieved her Board Certification in Gerontology. Additionally, she holds credentials as a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist I (CEAS I), Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Certified Geriatric Care Professional (CGCP), Certified Home Assessment and Modification Professional (CHAMP), and Community Health Worker (CHW).
Her passion is helping individuals to live their best life, and she approaches work with creativity, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of determination. Sydney and her husband reside in Des Moines, Iowa with their two boys and Boston Terrier.

Kailey Waskall MOT, OTR/L
I’m Kailey, also known as the accessible makeup fairy and the creator behind Occupation Beauty. As an occupational therapist, I recognized how difficult it was for people to find easy to use beauty products. So many makeup products are difficult to interact with whether you are disabled, have long nails, or just sweaty hands (like me). To bridge this barrier, I create content online reviewing makeup through the lens of accessibility, teaching people how to adapt products they already own, and consult with companies to create products designed with accessibility in mind.
