We love this because it's an affordable way to get a quality lift chair. It's awesome because it doesn't take up a lot of room and fits most people under 5’9”. It's on the smaller side, which gives an opportunity for putting it into space seamlessly. It’s also easy to wipe clean. Some therapists don't like to recommend lift chairs because it often happens that people start using the lift feature and don't use their muscles to get out of the chair. And eventually they can no longer get up from regular chairs. We like to think about it a little differently. It's great to have the option if you need it, but that doesn't mean you have to use it. So get a lift chair only if getting out of the chair is already really hard, or there's been a time where someone's gotten stuck. And lift it only as much as needed to help get out of the seat.
