Why we know this works!
We love these Pinstripe compression socks because as occupational therapy practitioners (OTPs) we count diabetes among the most common diagnoses on our caseload, and it changes how we think about anything worn on the feet. Are compression socks safe if you have diabetes? Often yes, and they can help with daily ankle swelling, but talk with your healthcare provider first, because peripheral artery disease or neuropathy changes what level of compression, if any, is safe for you. Once cleared, this breathable, latex-free cotton blend delivers graduated pressure that is firmest at the ankle to keep circulation moving.
They are especially relevant for people managing type 2 diabetes alongside mild swelling or early vein disease. If you have neuropathy, remember you may not feel a sock that is too tight, so check your feet and legs every evening and size carefully using the wide calf options if you need them.
