Why we know this works!

We love this heavy duty model because as occupational therapy practitioners (OTPs) we see caregivers hurt their own backs loading mobility equipment, and the heavier the chair, the worse that math gets. Do higher weight capacity power wheelchairs have to be big and bulky? Not this one: it supports up to 330 pounds yet weighs only about 40 pounds itself and folds flat for the vehicle, while most comparable folding power chairs weigh over 60 pounds.
