Why we know this works!
Why we know this works!
Using a handheld shower head is a great solution for those with limited arm mobility, balance issues, and low endurance. The handheld shower head can be used while sitting in a shower chair or tub transfer bench which allows the water to be directed where you need it even while seated. This handheld shower head comes with an additional holder that can be placed anywhere in the shower. It easily attaches either by adhesive or suction. We recommend placing it on the wall next to the chair at a height that allows the water to hit the person’s chest while seated so it can easily be reached when needed but also so they can stay warm with running water on them while washing or using both hands. Using a handheld shower head is perfect for caregiver use for those who need total assistance with bathing, as it makes for an easier and drier experience for caregiver.
