Unlike weighted gloves that restrict hand movement, the Hand Weight rests on the back of the hand, secured by elastic finger loops and a hook-and-loop wrist strap, so hands stay functional during everyday tasks.

How to Size the Hand Weight

Measure the width of the hand across the knuckles (not including the thumb), with fingers together and extended. Match that measurement to the size chart below. Accurate sizing is important for both comfort and therapeutic effectiveness.
