Why we know this works!

We love this knee sleeve from Grace & Able because as occupational therapy practitioners (OTPs) we hear "my knee is fine in the morning but swollen by dinner" from clients constantly. Does cold really help an arthritic knee? Yes: cooling calms pain and swelling, and this sleeve pairs a cushiony gel pad with gentle compression so the joint gets both at once. Pop it in the freezer for extra chill, then slide it on; the soft, stretchy fabric is easy to take on and off, fits either knee, and wipes clean with a damp cloth. It is especially helpful for people managing knee osteoarthritis or a meniscus tear, and for achy knees after a long day of activity. Never put a wet towel under the sleeve, and stop using it if it tears. This is a comfort sleeve, not a stabilizing brace, so if your knee buckles or feels unstable when walking, ask your therapist about a supportive brace instead.
