Why we know this works!
We love these cane replacement tips because as occupational therapy practitioners (OTPs) we check the bottom of every cane we see in home visits, and a worn tip is one of the most common fall hazards we find. How often should you replace cane tips? Every 3 to 6 months for most users, and sooner if the rubber looks smooth, cracked, or worn down on one side. These fit most standard canes, push on by hand with no tools, and grip indoor and outdoor surfaces like tile, hardwood, concrete, and asphalt.
Fresh tips matter most for anyone who relies on a cane after a stroke, with arthritis, or with the balance changes that come with aging. Check your cane style first: if you use a quad cane with the larger base feet, our Quad Cane Replacement Tips are the right match instead.
