Why we know this works!

We love this wrist brace because as occupational therapy practitioners (OTPs) we hear the same complaint at nearly every splint fitting: the brace helps, but getting it on and off is a battle. How long should you wear a wrist brace for carpal tunnel or arthritis? Wear it at night to keep the wrist neutral while you sleep, and during daytime activities that flare your symptoms, but not around the clock, since constant wear can let the wrist stiffen and weaken. The zipper makes this one easy to manage with sore fingers, the splint is removable, and the perforated splint and Coolever fabric keep it comfortable, with a slender cut designed for a woman's wrist. It is especially helpful for carpal tunnel syndrome and hand arthritis, including thumb-base pain, thanks to the seamed thumb support. Measure around your knuckles first (S fits 6 inches, M 7, L 8); if you want all-day warmth rather than rigid support, Compression Gloves are the better fit.
