Why we know this works!
Why we know this works!
The stander floor to ceiling pole is a great solution for those who have limited mobility, poor balance, or are at risk for falls. The stander can be placed in any room in the home with a ceiling height of 10’ or less and will provide support during daily tasks such as getting in/out of bed, standing from or sitting on the couch, getting on/off the toilet, or getting in/out of the shower/bathtub. The stander is tension mounted from floor to ceiling and does not require drilling, therefore can be conveniently placed anywhere in a room which is especially helpful in scenarios where there is not a wall in a close enough place to install a grab bar. Using the stander is a safe way to be independent with transfers, while decreasing the need for caregiver assistance.
