Why we know this works!

We love this lotion applicator because as occupational therapy practitioners (OTPs) we hear constantly about dry, itchy backs and cracked heels that a stiff shoulder simply cannot reach anymore. How do you put lotion on your own back when your arms will not reach? Use a long handle that does the reaching for you: this one is 51 centimeters long and bends to any angle, then holds that shape, so you can work around a shoulder that will not rotate or a back that will not twist. It comes with four soft pads and works with lotion, oils, self tanner, and other creams. It is especially helpful for people with shoulder arthritis, rotator cuff injuries, or limited range of motion after surgery, and for anyone who cannot bend down to their lower legs and feet.
