Why we know this works
Why we know this works
We love this recipe collection because as occupational therapy practitioners (OTPs) we hear it in almost every kitchen visit: people stop cooking not because they stopped caring, but because standing and chopping became too hard. How do you cook when you cannot stand at the counter or chop safely? You choose recipes built around that reality. Carolyn of Epicurious Expeditions curated this free video playlist of dishes that skip the standing, chopping, and complicated tools, leaning on air fryers, crockpots, and clear, simple steps instead.
It is a great fit for people with physical limitations or low energy days, beginners, and caregivers squeezing meals in between everything else. This is a free outside resource, not a product we ship; if chopping is your main barrier, a Rocker Knife lets you cut your own favorites with one hand and far less force.
