Why we know this works!
Why we know this works!
The visual monitor with 2-way talk is a great way for caregivers to keep an eye on their loved one without having to be right by their side. The visual monitor is light in weight and can be carried around with the caregiver throughout the home. This visual monitor is perfect for those with dementia or at risk for falls. The monitor is equipped with 2-way talk so that the caregiver can speak to their loved one from across the house and vice versa. The monitor would allow the caregiver to see that their loved one is starting to get out of bed and also tell them “wait just a minute and I’ll be there to help you get up so you don’t fall!” This works as a safety precaution and is perfect for caregivers who would prefer to see what their loved one is doing rather than having a loud alarm alert them.
