I’m an experienced Occupational Therapist with 14 years of experience helping children, adults, and older adults participate more safely and independently in the activities that matter most to them.

My background spans home health, pediatrics, school-based therapy, community-based care, and clinical leadership. This broad experience allows me to look beyond a diagnosis or limitation and focus on the bigger picture: What is making everyday life difficult, and what practical changes can make it easier?

I enjoy helping individuals and families identify realistic solutions for challenges with mobility, self-care, home safety, sensory needs, daily routines, and overall independence. My recommendations may include adaptive equipment, assistive devices, home modifications, environmental changes, positioning or mobility solutions, and practical strategies that can be incorporated into everyday life.

I believe the best solutions aren't necessarily the most complicated or expensive ones. They are the ones that fit the person, their environment, their abilities, and their goals.
