I am an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with older adults and individuals in the home setting. I am also the owner of 1Care Concept Solutions, a non medical in home caregiving agency serving Middle Tennessee. My occupational therapy background gives me a unique perspective on caregiving, allowing me to better understand home safety, functional needs, caregiver education, and the importance of helping individuals remain as independent as possible in their own homes. While 1Care provides non skilled services, I take an active role in caregiver education and training to promote safe, quality care. I am also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), which further supports my passion for helping individuals safely age in place.
