Elevate your head or feet while sleeping to be more comfortable breathing or decrease swelling.  Instead of fighting with extra pillows adjust the angle of support with this foam wedge to prop up your head, shoulders, or legs. Additionally, you can place a foam wedge under your mattress to sleep at an incline.

Why we know this works!

The 7” bed wedge is a great way to elevate the head while in bed for those with breathing issues or upper body pain. The bed wedge provides comfort and relaxation and can be used while reading, watching TV, or sleeping. The 7” bed wedge can also be used for elevating feet while in bed to decrease swelling and improve circulation in the lower extremities. The bed wedge is perfect for after surgeries or for everyday use and can be rotated for a knee elevation if desired.
